The hotel had a great and fab location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from St Anthony's Chapel. The venue was placed within 25 km of the airport. The rooms were cosy and absolutely fabulous with great view of arthur's seat kept by the amicable staff...

The breakfast is delicious, the location and building are beautiful, and the hosts are incredibly friendly. The only downside was the uncomfortable bed in room 4, otherwise, it would have been a perfect place to stay.

We stayed in a charming guest house near the city center, which was great for exploring. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was in good condition. The breakfast offered a wide range of options including cereal, juice, yoghurt, and fruit. Compared to other bed and breakfasts in the area, the price was a steal - we got all these amenities at a fraction of the cost for hotels. We couldn't have asked for a better location and excellent breakfast.
The entrance could use some renovation, as it didn't reflect the lovely rooms inside.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, with lovely views and an incredible location just a short walk from restaurants, the center of Edinburgh, and the main square. The onsite bar was good and the staff were nice. The team provided friendly service and we had no problem using their free parking. The internet was great.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this guest house. The room had a nice view and the bed was comfy. It was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. The continental breakfast provided a good start to the day.
The room was quite dusty and the bed was uncomfortable and creaky. The bathroom tiles were not fitted properly, with one broken tile posing a hazard.

The location of this guest house is fantastic, as it is in close proximity to a number of great activities. as being walking distance from the city centre, the property is also close to the university campus, making it prefect for those visiting the institution. the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is also of a high standard and the breakfast served is excellent, providing guests with a variety of fresh food options.
The decor within the property is tired and basic, and in need of modernization to match the high standard of cleanliness.
